Sir, I wanted to know that how can I check that a rubber is dead or not?

Hi Vineet,

Rub your finger over the rubber.  If it doesn't grip your finger it is definitely dead.

You can also take a look at the rubber.  Hold it on an angle and if you can start to see the pimple showing thorugh the rubber, it is getting worn.

It will start to have a glassy look when it starts to get worn. 

Make sure you do these things after you have cleaned your bat.
