What is the description of this stroke and how can i make it & counter it .

Hi Mohsen,

I am not sure exactly.  It may be a flat slower ball.  To do it you need to have a soft hand and hit the ball without any topspin.

To counter it you just need to adjust to it.  It is a simple stroke if you see it early enough.  You can usually attack it with a topspin.
