how can I curve the ball while playing?
And secondly what are the international rules of tabletennis ?

Hi Asad,
To curve the ball you need to put sidespin on the ball. Take a look at this previous Ask the Coach question on How to curve the ball in the air.

Touching the Table
Are you allowed to touch the table during play? The only thing that isn't allowed to touch the table is your free hand. You leg, elbow, playing hand, and even your bat are allowed to. You are not allowed to move the table however.
