Hi there,my name is Denis and I am 13 years old.Thank you so much for these useful videos,but can you show me please a practical serve?Beacouse I have seen some table tennis serves on youtube but I can't make them.Can you help me please?

Hi Denis,
Your best bet is to get a copy of Serving Secrets Revealed. In it you will see us doing a variety of serves. We also show you the movements that you need to make these serves.
You should also try to watch some of the best players and if you have access to video of them, slow it down and study the actual movement of the bat. This will also help you.

when it comes to serving the first 2 things that you should think of is what am I going to do with serve after I've done it? (i.e the third ball) and what do you want your oppenent wants to do with your serve? (i.e return with back spin, side spin etc, where do you want your oppenent to place the ball on your side of the table?)
For example, doing a right sidespin pendulum serve from your backhand side low over the net to their backhand side so that when they return it they put it on your backhand side and you do a backhand topspin shot to their forehand side.
Another example similar to the previous one, but instead of a right sidespin pendulum serve do a left sidespin pendulum serve from yours to their backhand side (a crosscourt serve) so that when they return it lands on your forehand side instead of your backhand side and do a forehand topspin shot to their forehand side.
This is depending on whether you are a forehand prefered player or a bachand prefered player (so backhand prefered player the first example and forehand prefered player for the second example)
this is as basic of a serve that I can think of. If you want better serves hen this then I suggest that you buy the Serving Secrets Revealed DVD.
