Hi Alois 

i would like to know where should i contact the ball in pendulum, chop and reverse pendulum

Hi Ali,

For the Pendulum chop contact the ball on the downswing so that the contact is downward.  For the Reverse Pendulum it depends on what type of spin you want to put on it.  Hit it quite high though so that it has time to bounce over the net.
