Please can you suggest me any racket whose smash spin and accuracy is best.

It is confusing trying to choose a racket.
We have a few options on our site. Take a look at our Store and look through the simple range we have.
For more control we would recommend either the PingSkills Rook or the PingSkills Touch with Mark V. For more speed and spin we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Yasaka Pryde or XIOM Vega Pro.
