hey alois and jeff i have a tournament this coming june 1-3 and i just wanted to know... since i will be playing in front of many people...how do you  get your confidence and not freak out before a game??

Hi Samuel,

Th key here is to focus totally on what you are doing.  You need to think about each point and what your tactic is for that point.  If you take every point like this you will soon forget about evrything else.

Above all, watch the ball during a rally.  

Of course this is easier said than done but it will help.

You also need to remember that everyone gets nervous when playing in front of people or in a big tournament.  So your opponents are going to be feeling similar to you.
