Hi sir, Is it ok or do i need to use my wrist when I chop? & how can I chop the ball when its in front of me? thankyou:)

Hi Sumhar,

To generate more spin you can use your wrist in the chop stroke.  At first though focus on the arm action that we show you in the lessons on the Forehand Chop and the Backhand Chop.

If the ball is in front of you, try to stay low and wait for the ball to come to you.  Or you can step forward slightly.  It is probably easier to try a Backhand chop when the ball is in this position.

thank you Sir , it helped . but what I did is brush the ball gently with my Longpips in my BH . it is realy slow.ist ok?

Yes that is OK.  The Long Pimples will give you good control on the backhand side.
