Hi Erfan,
If you have some time to adjust to this stroke then it can be effective. It can be useful if your opponent is very good at the fast game or doesn't adjust well to changes in pace.

As a defender you need to keep the ball low and deep, use variation of spin, speed, and placement, and attack occasionally.
