Equipment
Hi coaches! I was just wondering whats the best bat to start out with?
Hi Matthew,
There are so many options out there.
The one that we have is the PingSkills Rook which we find to be ideal for players starting out.
There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!

If the player wants to learn seriously, you can try the following set up:
Blade: Butterfly Xtar IV
Forehand Rubber: Butterfly Sapphira
Backhand Rubber: Butterfly Flextra
This setup is designed for the beginners by Butterfly It is lightweight, focus on the feeling of touch, control, and consistency.

Hi Matthew, if u r a beginner.....don't use highly professionalized racket nor low (less control and cheap ) rackets.
buy racket which is stabilized and has a good control rate. If u use low racket...u might get habituated to it and may not perform good , so use good racket. Refer to PINGSKILLS video-" choosing a right racket".
Hope this might help u.....
