Equipment
Hi Alois and Pingskills
i was wondering, wich aspects are important when i am choosing a blade?
Thanks
Hi Cristh,
The main thing is to get a blade that is the right speed for you. I find often players choose a blade that is too fast. It is better to get your speed from your rubber instead.
The other thing that is important is that it feels right in your hand. Some are heavy and others light. See what type of blade feels best for you. Also the handle should feel comfortable.

The thickness of a table tennis table is the most important aspect of a table to ensure you get a true consistent bounce. Other things to consider are the net, portability, and storage space.
