My table tennis community place has air conditioner and my Chinese rubber seems to react not much tacky and pretty wet how should I so and every time I topspin the ball are not going up.

Hi John,
If there is moisture on your bat it will effect the performance a lot. Try to wipe th drubber down before the start of the rally and make sure there is no moisture on it.

and how to I looping with Chinese style because when I loop the ball just slip off and that was my new rubber that I bought since last month
Use a dry cloth to wipe it. You are trying to get the moisture off the rubber.
