Hi Alois

How to change a rubber that is long time on the bat without hurting the wood 

please answer

Hi Ali,

If the rubber or sponge are really stuck down and hard to remove, use some solvent on it to soften the sponge.  This will help to take it off.  Try Acetone or Mineral Turpentine.
