Change to Short pips or stay inverted

Hi!

I normally train once or twice a week in my room upstairs. The room isn't all that big; it only lets me move within the area in front of my ready position. I can't move to mid-distance, so I was wondering if it would be more beneficial if I switched to being a short pimple player. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi Andy,

If you feel that the short pimples would hep you out then I would make a change.  However, you may be able to play with inverted rubber closer to the table as well if you don't feel that the pimples feel comfortable for you.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
