How to change the grip of the bat. my friend doesnt hold the bat properly.he is used to of holding the bat.when he tries to change the grip he faces difficulty in playing.what to do.

Hi Ajesh,
Yu need to persevere with it. Sometimes it take a little longer to get used to the proper grip. You have to get them to keep trying it for a few weeks. They need to know that it will help them in the long term.
