Buying a new bat

Hi Alois i've been thinking of buying the pingskills touch with mark V pretty soon but im still in the development of shots, and im still with the rook but the rook is quite losing spin on its rubber and its over 1 year old now, do you think its Ok if i buy a touch with mark V?
