Budget table tennis bat

I'm wondering what is a good blade and rubber for more top spin loop oriented players like me? probably at around 90-150 dollars?? My current setup is a pre-made DHS 08, 5 star bat. i got it as a present around 5 years back and still use it, now its losing grip and can't seem to loop aswell as my friends butterfly bat.

This actually seems pretty good. what rubber do you suggest and how much for shipping to New Zealand??
