If you want to hit the ball very fast, can you move your body forward to allow you to rotate faster?

Do you have 4 simple tips to put on a lot of speed on the table with your loop so it can be our what I call,a supertopspin?  THANKS.

Hi Ian,

Yes you can start to use your body rotation as a way of increasing power in your shots.  The stroke can also become a little more horizontal to add forward momentum to the shot.  Then you need to focus on your bat moving through faster to generate the speed.

If you want a 4th tip then practice it a lot until you perfect it.
