Hi Alois,

Could you please help me solve the following problem;

Each time I play side spin from a distance, my body leans back instead of letting the upper body continue its angular motion. What is that I can do to make things better ?

Thanks

Hi Ghazisarwat,

Really focus on this position during the stroke.  Even use multiball to practice it so that you can focus just on the motion of the stroke and don’t worry too much about where the ball goes.  It could be tension in the shoulder or not being in position correctly to make the stroke before you play the shot.
