Blocking Long Pimple and defensive rubber attacks

At my club i run into these people who use chopping rubbers offensively.. It is very hard to play against because you cannot simply bent the bat to return it like you can a loop. Any suggestions would be great!

Hi Sam,
The defensive rubbers mean the ball will not come through as fast and the ball will wobble a bit in the air. It is easiest for them to do this off a backspin ball. If you give them no spin or topspin balls it becomes a little harder for them to attack. The other thing to do is to play them like you would an attacking player and not let them have opportunities to attack.Play the ball short and in todifficult places for them so they can;t set up for an attacking shot.

Let me tell you a fact Sam,,,,,If they are good defensive players then it will be tough for you to survive until you improve yourself with hell lot of practise against them.....not to anyone who is using rubbers like you .....no matter how much you gonna practise against normal rubbers like MARK V, Sriver or any other medium/fast speed & spin rubbers ...it won't let you do any good in your skills......the only way is to play against them.....use your brain against their defence....if ball is wobbling then its your fault to give them any spin in your ball.......Defensive player are PARASITES who feed on your spin......be careful when you play....the point is they are also playing to win ..not for FUN....so you have to get past them using 200% practise, 200% mental strength....but you can win ....becuz " WHEN YOU"RE PASSIONATE,,, YOU GET COMMITED"

the best ways to beat choopers who use crazy rubbers:
1.if ur apponent is using one sandwitch(normal rubber)on forehand and pimpled rubber on the back hand then u need to do all ur serve from the forehand towards there deep forehand and then initiate the attack,attack on there forehand and backhand in the ratio of 3:1 and when u hit towards there pimpled rubber it shud be a winner, if u are not able to hit a winner past them then REMEMBER any topspin u hit if its blocked by a pimpled rubber it will come back to u as heavy backspin and any chop of urs is returned to u that wud be a over spin and on that u can easily hit winners .SO REMEMBER your overspin will come back to u as a backspin and your backspin will come to u as a overspin.JUST the apposite of whatever u do.Whenever u hit winners always hit in there forhand armpit and in there body if u rnt hit in the forhand armpit always.
2.(a)if your apponent has pimpled on both sides then u need not hit the ball hard untill u get a very high ball and urnt sure what spin is on the ball.(b) never ever pounce on those balls where u dont know what spin is on the ball play those balls with soft hand and just place them long into the body.OR short.Always conter serves only to there pimpled rubbers and dont try heavy spin from ur side otherwise u r going to dig your own grave and these fellow will love it when u play spinny game them bcoz the more spin u try with them the harder it is to judge the spin on the returned ball and u will lose the point.
3.if u have to initiate attack dont go for straight away winners rather try looping the balls and wait for the loose balls to hit for the winners .
And always remember the points and one law that i told u above while attacking and playing against these crazy rubbers.
