Block heavy topspin away from table

How to block a heavy topspin if your about 1m away from the table? I find it difficult to block it and it always goes out of the table as i couldn’t control it..

Hi Sarang,

This is a really difficult ball to control.

Use soft relaxed hands and just focus on keeping the ball low over the net.  Use a block type of stroke.  It takes a lot of touch to be able to control this ball.  It is something that will develop over time with training.
