Strokes
Hi Alois,
Today I trained for around 3-4 hours, I have never done this much training before in a single day. At the end of the day I noticed a blister developed at the end of my middle finger. I have had a blister on my palm near the little finger and over the time that area has become firm and painless but the one I got today is new. Is this expected? Or am I exerting too much stress on my hands?
Hi Abhinav,
Try to have a slightly more relaxed grip. The blister will be from the part that you are gripping too tightly. If you relax the middle finger it should help.
Play with it now that you have the blister and you will be forced, due to the discomfort to hold the bat lighter there.
