Hello, I have a blister at the end of the ring finger which is close to the palm. I use shake hand grip and holding like in the video you provided. Is this normal and how do I prevent this? If i buy a rubber grip, will that help me at all? Thanks.

Hi Huy,

This is completely normal and almost expected if you play a lot.  You can try holding your bat a little lighter which may relieve the pressure on that area.  I find that part of my hand has just toughened over the years.
