What is a carbon core blade, foam core blade, and other blades with different cores? And how do these affect your game?

Hi Stephen,

The core means it will have layers of that material through the blade.

We really don't put too much importance on these small differences in blades.  They are often gimmicks by manufacturers to tempt players into buying new blades.  Just find something that feels reasonable to you and keep using it and train hard.  That is a much more important part of improving your game.
