Hi

I have  been playing recreational table tennis on and off for the past 6 years. I currently use a pre-made racquet from decathlon (530 spin/500 spin). I would like to upgrade my equipment and following is my current choice based on online research....Blade - Tibhar stratus powerwood and for the rubber - Mark V or Sriver. Need your suggestions to improve my game.

About my game - Can play decent forehand loop and backhand loop. I would say I am lacking consistency and would need more practice and control over the ball.

Thank you coach

Hi Naren,

I think your choices are good.  They will allow you to have good control over your strokes and to have enough speed and spin to be able to develop your game.

Keep thinking about developing your skills as well.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
