Equipment
Hey,
I'm wanting to buy a new bat and am looking at getting one of these rubbers : tenergy 05 , tenergy 05 fx , vega pro , vega europe.
I tend to use topspin drives and blocks relatively close to the table on both bh and fh. Ive been playing TT for about a year now and have a decent but certainly not perfect stroke.
The rubber will probably be decided by what i can get my hands on from ebay relatively cheaply but could you suggest a few blade that arent overly expensive (-$150 preferable)
Thank you
HI Murray,
You should go for an Allround speed blade. So something not too fast. Our suggestion is the PingSkills Touch but there are other blades as well that will be suitable. Get something in the middle range of any of the manufacturers.
The thickness of a table tennis table is the most important aspect of a table to ensure you get a true consistent bounce. Other things to consider are the net, portability, and storage space.

kk thank you. I was just concerned to go for a slower bat because many people say a rubber such as the vega pro needs a hard blade in order to be of any good. And do you sell the ping skills touch bat in uk?
We both use the blade with Vega Pro and we find it suitable.
We do post to the U.K.
