Hi, I'm looking for a very good serve because my serves are medium with little effect. How I can do a very good serve with a lot of effect? I want one who has very speed and very effect and other with a less speed and stays near the netiyqd??

The main thing is to find a serve that suits you.

Take a look through the Must Learn Serves tutorials and you will find some serves that you can utilise.  You can do these serves fast or slow.
