Hi. I'm Andre. I'm a beginner player and I have a Sanwei Feather Carbon blade. I was advised to change my rubbers in order to up my game since they found progress in my training. I like to play as an All-rounder type and I want to ask what would be the best rubber you can recommend for me. My goal is to mix a bit of Kenta Matsudaria/Joo Sae Hyuk style since I idolize those guys. BTW I love your channel. One of the reason why I'm inspired to play table tennis during pandemic. Thank you very much.

Hi Andre,

Thanks for your kind words about the site.

Regarding rubber, if you want to chop like Kenta and Joo Sae Hyuk you may want to think about a long pimple rubber on the backhand side and a slower inverted rubber on the forehand initially.

I don't have specifics but I am sure some of our readers will help you out here.

If you are ttrying to mix up the styles of these two players,I wonder how your style actually looks like.

Could you try to describe more in detail how do you actually play and what is your current setup ?
