Hi Pingskills ,

I really want to improve my forehand cause my coach says I dont use my waist enough and my hand tends to fall back a little . Apart from going to his trainings , I wanna go online and search for videos on forehands from the real professional players . However , I am not sure who has the best forehand .
If I'm not wrong , the 3 best players with forehands are Ma Long , Wang Liqin and Joo Se Hyuk.
Is there any other player's forehand that I should learn from?

Hi Justin,

If you watch any of those players you will learn good technique.  Your coach is right, you do need to keep your hand and waist working together to have good coordination on your shot.
