Bending during training and when I attack

Hi coaches,

I have found new mustake in my game.When I perectic than I made vedio my training setion.o feel I do whole traning in strat possition.i don,t bendy knees and also my waist can't move behind the ball.what kind of traning I do.

And my 2nd question is .when I service and I get recive the ball again on back hand my left foot go,s cross and I do 2nd ball attack my left foot still in cross position what I do for it.i am left hander.

Hi Loee,

This is something that you need to think about while you are playing.  Get someone to watch you and let you know when you are straightening your legs instead of keeping them bent.

At the start of each rally make sure you are in the bent leg ready position.  Then maintain it as long as you can each rally.

For the third ball that is wide on your backhand, make sure you are balanced after you serve.  This will help you to move your right leg first.  If you are not balanced and have too much weight on your right leg, then the only thing that you can move is your left leg.

Thanks coaches i always keep in touch ur website and get too much info from here.i did improve my game from ur adivce and frim good coaching.which u advice I must work out on it and day by day I get better tesults.thanks a lot for reply.
