I am beginner and just starting at table tennis and am learning my strokes, so this will be my first real bat! Well, i was leaning on mark v 2.0mm fh and bh, but i am not sure that is the best choice. maybe sriver 1.9mm on bh? Hope i can some good opinions.

Hi John,

Yasaka Mark V is a rubber that we would recommend. Sriver is also a good choice.  You can't go wrong with those two.

Others may have some suggestions.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
