Serving
Hi
I have been trying to find a movement before i execute my serve but its going nowhere. What should you think on when you are doing the movement before. Would be nice you guys could help me.
Cheers /Alvin
Hi Alvin,
You don't really need too much movement before you start your serve. You can start with your bat still and then go straight into your service action.
If you want to add an action, just do what feel natural. The most important thing though is to get the swing right so that you get a fine and fast brushing action.
