dear Alois 

This is Mark here i have a problem how can i become an Olympic champion without professional coaching.The reason is my parent do not want to spend for the coaching centre.

what should i do ?

Hi Mark,

Just practice as much as you can.  Training is the most important thing.  You can follow the training plan we have on our site and find some players to train with.

Do the best you can with what you have.

Come on Alois, we are all waiting for this. At least how to be the silver, if you are saying 10 years are needed to be a champion....

Hi Mark,

The simple answer is "you can't"...  You don't have to have a coach there with you all the time but you do need to put in the hours on the table.
