Pls I want to ask how to beat players that are good in returning smash and also good in smashing the ball.

Also, how to loop heavy backspin with forehand

  1. How to beat players who smash well

Don’t give them easy high balls. Keep pushes low and heavy. Use heavy spin instead of speed and vary the pace. Place the ball wide to the forehand, wide to the backhand, or at the elbow to force mistakes. Changing spin, speed, and placement will break their rhythm.

  1. How to loop heavy backspin with forehand

Lower your body and start the racket below the ball. Brush upward and forward to lift the backspin. Use your legs and waist for power, not just the arm. Contact the back of the ball with a thin brushing motion to create spin. Practice by looping after a long push, focusing on spin rather than power.
