Hi Nihal,

In all honesty, I think players can put too much emphasis on their equipment at times. It is critical to have a decent bat so that you can learn to spin the ball correctly. However if you look at the top 20 players in the world, they don't all have the same bat so you can see that it is not the bat that makes the difference. Choose a reputable brand, get yourself a decent bat and then worry about improving all aspects of your Table Tennis.
