Hi Alois & Jeff,

If you would answer my question I would be very grateful.  In which point at your bat must the ball be hit for the Banana Flick?

Thanks

Nick

Hi Nick,

Hit the ball near the leading edge of the bat.  This will allow the ball to grip on the rubber better and generate more spin.

Backhand Block

The backhand block is used to counter a topspin stroke. Once you can return your opponents attacking strokes, you will take your game to a new level.
