What backspin serve do you recommend for beginners?

Hi Owen,

You can do a simple backspin serve to start with just push straight under the ball.

As you advance I think the Pendulum backspin serve is probably the simplest to move to.

Variation of Spin

Varying the spin on your serve makes it harder to return. You can vary the type of spin but possibly even more effective is varying the amount of spin.
