Hi Alois and Pingskills
my backhand topspin off backspin and my flick are really good, but i have a trouble with the backhand topspin off block...do you have some advice or exercise to get in better my backhand topspin? and which is the best backhand in the team pingskills?? i really want to know :D

The first thing is to check your technique and then it is to play this stroke consistently. Jeff definitely has the best backhand in our team.
The humble push does not sound like an exciting stroke but it is one of the most important shots in Table Tennis. Having a great short push can be the difference between being an average player and being a great player. Make sure you allocate the appropriate amount of practice to mastering the push.
