I have problems when they chop me on the backhand.  How to improve my backhand topspin?

Hi Jordan,

First take a look at our tutorial on the Backhand Topspin Off Backspin.  The main things are to have a smooth stroke that travels in one plain.  Then relax and get your bat from the start to the finish position.  Ensure a brushing action to get the topspin on the ball.  Start by doing the stroke slowly to get the feel of the action and then increase the speed.
