How can I backhand topspin?

Hi,

The basic principles of the backhand topspin are to start with your bat down low. At around knee high is a good basic start. The contact of the bat on the ball should be a brushing contact. Your swing should finish at around head high but at the side of your head in line with your shoulder. For more speed you swing through a little more forward. To lift backspin you can swing more vertically.

Hope this helps.
