One question. How do U execute the backhand tomahawk serve?

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Ian,

For this serve you do it the same as the tomahawk except as you are swinging through, you hit it with the backhand side of the bat.  The ball will swing the opposite way. Just give it a try a lot of times. You will get it.

That was a fantastic explanation of the serve. I am impressed by the new camera you guys are using, it has some great slow motion action.

Thanks Paul. I love the slow motion too. In fact every time we are filming I ask Alois if we can record the action again in slow motion :)

Hi Alois

When I do the reverse tomahawk serve, the ball keep flying sideways and thus not hitting my opponent's side of the table. Can you help?

Alter the angle of your swing.  If it is going to the right hand side, finish with your bat more towards the net.  If the ball is going to the left, then get the bat to finish more to the right.
