Strokes
Hi.Yesterday I saw a weird backand technique used by Kalinikos Kreanga.I don't want to learn this type of backand but I want to know how he hit the ball, when and which is position of the wrist.Thank you.
Hi Adrian,
I quite like Kreanga's free flowing style. He really has a good swing at the ball doesn't he.
He uses his full arm swing.
The forehand block is one way to counter a topspin stroke hit to your forehand side. Learn this stroke and you will be able to keep yourself in the rally even when your opponent get the first attack in.
