hi,

dear sir i have watch a lesson on PingSkills about backhand  and forehand smash. But i learned how to deliver a forehand smash,but many difficulties to deliver a backhand smash. Can you please  give me some information on deliviring a backhand smash.

Hi Raees,

As we say in the lesson on the Backhand smash, it is not a stroke that we recommend and it is much better to try and get around and play a forehand smash.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
