Hello, I need your help to improve my backhand push.  The problem is that whenever I perform backhand push, the ball flies high but it bounces in the table instead.  How can I keep it low?

Hi Ankit,

Try to brush the bottom of the ball more.  If you hit the ball flat it will tend to fly higher.  By brushing the ball and moving forward with the stroke it will start to fly lower.
