i am facing too much problems in backhand strokes. maximum time the ball goes out of the table. Also facing problems in returning the short & low serve, ball gets stuck on the net. Need your assistance badly!

Hi Muhtasim,

Start at the basics of the backhand strokes.  Start with the Backhand Counterhit and Backhand Topspin Against Block.  This will develop your control of the ball on the backhand side.

Then practice the Backhand Push.  This will be useful when you are facing lower serves to the backhand side.  If the ball is going into the net it may mean that the serve has backspin on it.  This will mean you need to get under the ball more to lift it over the net.
