Hi PingSkills

if the forehand counterhit or forehand topspin have to move the leg, why not on the backhand counterhit and topspin ? especially for the backhand topspin, i think that with the leg movement will give more spin and speed

so can you tell me why on the backhand strokes don't need to have use the leg ?
if i can use the leg, how ?

please for the answer :D thank you very much

Hi Frendy,

For both strokes, you make your leg movements before the stroke.  While you are making the stroke you can keep your feet still.  You can also make a small movement with the feet if you want when you are playing a bigger stroke or just use the transfer of weight from back leg to front leg.
