Strokes
When would you say hitting the backhand is best, peak of bounce, cos it seems to me jeff is hitting them reasonably late peak, which is what i do, in fact to start a backhand rally for training i hit the ball at table height until ive got my eye in, but i do take it quite late, what do you suggest? great videos too!
Hi Joe,
You can hit the ball at various points depending on what you want to do. The peak is the best spot to hit it if you want to hit the ball fast. If you are looking for a little more spin or variation of pace then hitting it later is also good.
Thanks for the kind words about the videos.
