Backhand Grip

Strokes

Hi Alois.

I saw a video of Ma Long teaching some strokes & his Grip.

He said I put my thumb on the rubber for the backhand and my racket won't wobble.

And It's easier to adjust the angle of the bat.

But the point is there that we have to change the grip fast.

I use a same shakehand  grip but my backhands doesn't have enough control and accuracy .

Can I use this little change of the grip?

I feel comfortable with that.

Hi Ali,

You can try to make the small changes.  It does get players a bit confused sometimes if they can't change quickly enough.
