Generally after playing a forehand shot, if the opponent returns me on my backhand, the hand gets blocked?
So is there any problem in my grip or there is less strength in my back hand.

It may just be that you are balanced towards your forehand so making the backhand difficult.
After you play the forehand, try to get back to a balanced position. This will allow you to play the ball if it comes to either side next.
