I am unable to play backhand so how can i improve my backhand.

Hi Suhaib,

The first thing is to get the basics of the stroke correct.

Take a look at our tutorial on the Backhand Counterhit.  Follow the basic instructions there especially focusing on the start ad finish positions of the stroke.

As you start to get more confident with the stroke you can incorporate it into a more open rally.  For ideas about this take a look at how to progress your skill with the Building Blocks of Table Tennis.
